From 2002 to 2006 Shawn was hard at work developing the animation styles of the first three animated features for Sony Pictures Animation. These movies are Open Season, Surf's Up, and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. He also helped design the complex animation controls for the train in The Polar Express.
